Creating this abstract wall art was bittersweet . After the fires that raged through the Australian Bush in 2019, it was a sombre reminder of how devastating the fires had been, and what had been lost. Then on the contrary it was uplifting and full of hope as the bush was regenerating, with new growth evident and hope as the country recovered.

The image was taken In The Shoalhaven region, close to the historic home of Australian Artist Arthur Boyd, which was spared, along with it’s artworks, in the fires.

Available as a print , framed and matted photographic print or box framed canvas. Custom print upon request.
