Shipping And Return Information

All standard sized artwork is delivered to you or your nominated address within Australia. Pricing of shipping will be quoted when you place your order.

If you are located outside Australia, please contact us with your preferred artwork size and location. We strongly recommend that for overseas clients you purchase print only and have it framed locally.

 Standard items are printed and shipped usually within 14 days of ordering. Custom sizing, lead times will be advise when details are confirmed.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction and the quality of your purchased artwork piece is of the highest importance. Each piece is made to order using archival quality materials.

If your artwork was damaged during shipping (this is rare but it can happen), please notify us with photos via email immediately. We will make sure you are taken care of. 

As each piece is custom made for you, we cannot accept returns. Of course, if the artwork is faulty or defective, please send photographs within 7 working days of receipt and we will organise a replacement as soon as possible.

PEACE OF MIND

Should you be unsure if your preferred image is THE ONE, I am happy to send you an A5 sample print so you may see the image in your space and be confident in your choice.
