Birubi Days

Birubi Days is a incredibly personal piece of ocean art for me. I created it on the New South Wales coast just as a heavy storm finally cleared, and the sun broke through the clouds on one of my absolute favourite East Coast beaches: Birubi. The entire scene instantly became incredibly fresh and light. When I look at it, it immediately takes me back to long, slow walks along the ocean shore and those lazy, sun-drenched days simply playing at the beach.

With its shifting shorelines, changing light, and rhythmic movement, you can almost hear the ocean waves rolling in as you look into this image. I wanted to capture that precise feeling so you can bring that unique calmness and nostalgic warmth directly into your interior decor
